under sink and a plumber installed it about 10 years ago.it has just started this in the last couple of months.
is it a whole house filter or a point of use filter? and who installed it?
Right around 1 ph – Water comes in and hits a sediment filter then to another more aggressive sediment filter then to a activated charcoal filter then to a reverse osmosis system. Bought GE’s top of the line whole house filter and RO systems. Test at the drinking faucet and everything else (copper, iron, chlorine, etc) checks out wonderful… Just very, very low on the ph – QUESTION IS… Safe to drink?
your water has a ph of 1? do u realise that is the same as the acid in your stomach???? almost the ph of battery acid. if your water is really that level in ph you should be calling environmental health or your local autority as that is not a good level. water is normally around 7. you would effectivly be drinking acid. dont drink it.

I have my central air and heat unit in a side room in the garage. Recently I’ve noticed water dripping down the front of the unit and soaking the filters and running out on the floor. Its an older GE Gas Warmed unit, made in trenton New Jersey. The house was built in 1972, so i’m assuming the unit is that old. I recently changed the filters, so i’m sure its not them, It has 2 air filters, 25" x 20" x 1", one on the bottom over the same size hole to the sub floor, and a vertical filter to its left at right angle to it. The water seems to be dripping from about half way up the unit, and looking to become hazardous as the water runs down very near electrical wires coming into the unit. It doesn’t drip right away, usually after its been running for several hours. I’ve closed some vents in other rooms to push more air to the bedroom at night, don’t know if thats an issue. What do you suggest I do?
The drain is plugged or draining very slowly.The best way would be to blow the drain out with about 10 lbs of compressed air.If you have none available,a close hanger may work for the time being.Shut the power off and remove the panel,witha flashlight locate the drain pan orifice(it’s located where the drain attaches to the pan),stick the hanger in the orifice and remove the restriction.
While you still have the flashlight also look at the cleanliness of the coil at the return side.

Thisis the dawning of the Age of Aquarius my friends. There was the industrial revolution, the oil revolution, and now the water revolution. The World Water Wars, the new WWIII that the Mass Media is not talking about. Everyone, pays for water, and yet hydrogen is the most abundant resource in the universe (that we know of or that modern science would still agree upon and 1 religion of at least 1 billion strong, does clearly state that gods face moved across it). No wonder George Bush Jr. wanted the hydrogen car in California and they disposed of the electric. Also side note on Mongolia seems to be the hotspot for a necessary silicon in solar panels. Is it any wonder that the Bush family is buying up acreage in South America. Are we going to War over Oil or Water, and either way, the pipelines seemed to be getting more security. Also note on the aspect of TRANSBOUNDARY water aquifers. Turkey, etc. etc. Also, note in Dublin in 1992 that water was recognized as an Economic Good. So yes ladies and gentleman, water is for sale, and it goes to the highest bidders. The United Nations even knows how they are trying to settle the dispute over Russia putting its flag at the bottom of the Ocean at the North Pole. The probability of a Global Currency or at least a currency being linked to Water is happening and rather quick. Engineering and Architecture. This is just the unveiling, the plans have already been made, the players have been made in test tubes or picked out of the best colleges, bought and paid for, and now have been groomed to bring you the WAY THEY WANT IT. It is time we wrap our heads around it. As evil as it seems to think about globalization, they have done it and the boundaries and walls are left in our minds. Picking the stock market and foreseeing the commodities market, seems pretty easy when you realize that they view Afeica for sale as well as Brazil. Johanesberg, South Africa is the HeadQuarters, because it is Africa that is being sold and having the systems implemented into. Same with Brazil. Remember that whole Boys from Brazil thing kinda makes a little more sense now. The Diebold voting machines proven to give the CIA and whomever only a little bit of a lead, but enough to win etc. leftovers from Bush, are now in Afghanistan I guess the highlight is they are not in the United States anymore.

I’ve installed the filter on my faucet. Whenever I try to run water through the filter, it just drips out (barely any water comes out the bottom, and there’s no pressure).
The sink is working fine if I don’t use the filter.
Thanks if anyone knows what to do about this.
